Start by firmly placing the washer inside the coupling to prevent leaking. You can then, uncoil and straighten your hose to full length. Attach the hose to faucet, then attach nozzle. Turn water on full and let trapped air out with the nozzle. Your hose is now ready to meet all your watering needs!
During non-seasonal months your water hose should be stored indoors to extend the life. Disconnect water hose from spigot, and drain all water. Coil the hose and store indoors.

No. Only 100% rubber water hoses should be used for hot water applications. Apex offers two types of rubber hoses, 160F & 180F. Please see below for more information.
