Teknor Apex Warranty

This warranty applies to the original purchaser for the warranty period stated on the front of the packaging and covers defects in workmanship, materials and kinking. Teknor Apex Company shall not be liable for damages resulting from, nor shall this warranty extend to defects caused by: abnormal or unintended use, your modification of the product, or force majeure. Consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty. If a manufacturing defect occurs in normal garden hose use within 90 days, return hose to store where purchased for replacement along with the sales receipt. If the defect occurs beyond the stores replacement period, please contact customer service. 

 

All warranty claims are subject to a refund verification process. A valid warranty claim may be reimbursed with a digital merchandise refund card.

Warranty claims containing a valid sales receipt along with an approved refund verification may be refunded at the full retail purchase price. Warranty Claims without a valid sales receipt along with an approved refund verification may be refunded at the lowest advertised price.

Teknor Apex reserves the right to refuse and limit the number of warranty claims permitted without a valid sales receipt.  All claims made and purchased through third party sellers will not be honored.


This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
